By accessing or using VipRemota ("the Platform"), operated by Vipline Technologies Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
VipRemota is a subscription-based remote job matching platform designed for African professionals. We curate and verify remote job opportunities that pay in USD or other foreign currencies, and provide tools including AI-powered CV generation, job alerts, and career resources. All job listings are manually reviewed before being published on the Platform.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. WhatsApp OTP verification is required to complete registration and helps us prevent fraudulent sign-ups.
VipRemota offers a 3-day free trial with no payment required. Paid plans (Basic ₦2,000/month, Pro ₦5,000/month, Elite ₦10,000/month) are billed monthly. When you upgrade your plan, the full new plan price is charged immediately on the upgrade date. Your previous plan is cancelled instantly and your next billing date is one month from the upgrade date. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of genuine billing errors.
Regular users earn ₦300 in platform credits for each person who signs up using their referral code and becomes an active paid subscriber. These credits are non-withdrawable and can only be used to pay or extend your VipRemota subscription. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other users. Influencer partners earn real commission in cash, governed separately by their individual influencer agreement.
You agree not to use the Platform to: create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial, share your login credentials, submit false or misleading information to employers, scrape job listings or Platform data without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's systems, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
All content on VipRemota (including job listings, design elements, AI-generated CVs, and Platform text) is the property of Vipline Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. CVs generated by the AI CV Builder are for your personal career use only and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.
VipRemota provides job matching and career tools as-is. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that any job application will result in an interview or offer. We are not liable for the accuracy of employer job descriptions or compensation claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be retained as required by law or deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
